Ordering

Uju's Kitchen offers a weekly meal-prep menu with a limited ordering window each week. Orders are only accepted while ordering is open, and menu items, pricing, and availability may change week to week. Full payment is due at the time of ordering.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery is available within our service area and priced based on distance from our kitchen; this fee is calculated and shown before you pay. Pickup address is provided after payment is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (traffic, weather, incorrect address information provided at checkout).

Food allergies & dietary needs

Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the notes field at checkout. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests, our kitchen handles common allergens and we can't guarantee any dish is completely free of trace allergens.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If there's an issue with your order — missing items, a delivery problem, or a mistaken charge — contact us and we'll make it right. Promo codes are subject to expiration, usage limits, and minimum order requirements as noted at checkout.

Text message & email communications

If you provide a phone number, you may receive an order recap text message tied to your order (message frequency roughly weekly; message and data rates may apply). Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You'll always receive an order confirmation email regardless of text preferences.
