Who we are

Uju's Kitchen ("we," "us") is a weekly meal-prep ordering service based in the Orlando/Kissimmee, Florida area. This policy explains what information we collect when you place an order and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your delivery address (for delivery orders) or nothing further (for pickup)
• Order details — items selected, quantities, order notes
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

• To prepare, confirm, and fulfill your order
• To send order confirmation emails
• To send you a text message recap of your order (only if you provide a phone number). Message frequency: about once per week, tied to your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help.
• To calculate delivery pricing based on distance from our kitchen
• To contact you if there's an issue with your order

Who we share information with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (order confirmation email), Twilio (order recap text messages), Supabase (secure order database), and Vercel (website hosting). We do not sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to delete your information from our records by emailing us at the address below, except where we're required to keep order/payment records for accounting or legal purposes.
